Tubee is designed to grow with your child—from newborn days up to around age 3.

Is Tubee easy to store?

Yes! Tubee folds down flat, so it’s easy to tuck away in a closet, under a crib, or even in a suitcase.

Is Tubee easy to clean?

Yes—Tubee wipes clean in seconds and dries quickly to help prevent mold or mildew.

How can I best maintain a clean Tubee and Whale mat?

Wipe Tubee and the Whale mat with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth after each use. Let it air dry.

How do I set up Tubee for the first time?

Just unfold Tubee, snap it into place, and you’re ready to go. Setup takes less than a minute—no tools needed.

Can Tubee be used outdoors outside of the bathroom?

Absolutely! Tubee is portable and easy to set up anywhere—perfect for travel, small spaces, or outdoor use.

Can Tubee accommodate more than 1 child at a time?

For safety, we recommend using Tubee with one child at a time.

What safety features does Tubee have?

Our silicone insert and grippable edges ensure a safe and comfortable bath experience for your little one

Can I use Tubee with hot water?

Yes, but we recommend always testing the water temperature before placing your baby in the tub. Our whale thermometer (sold separately) can indicate water temperature in °F or °C.

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry you did not like your Tubee product! Please e-mail us at info@tubeetub.com We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days, and we offer expedited shipping options as well.

Does Tubee come with a warranty?

At this moment, we do not offer a warranty for our tub, however we do offer warranties for our hammock and temperature sensor.
